The Full Potential Associates Story

In 1985, our founder Michael Johnson took his first educational technology job with a small library services firm in Rockville, Maryland. While this was supposed to be 'just another job,' it did not turn out that way. Once Michael saw the impact that technology could have on the organization and distribution of knowledge, he was hooked for life.

That first job has led to a fantastic journey, over almost 25 years, blending together the use of technology with the publishing and educational markets. Full Potential Associates is the next logical step along that journey. The firm is focused on taking those 25 years worth of experiences and contacts and then helping as many organizations as possible, as quickly as possible, make a meaningful impact on the way people think, read, learn, and move forward.

Even after 25 years, the journey starts fresh everyday. For even if you are on the right path, you are not accomplishing anything if you are not forever moving in the right direction.
